inexWORKS’ Ivan Dugan’s team were responsible for the construction work on this Balsbridge, Dublin extension designed to maximise the natural light drawn in from the impressive lantern light pictured above.

Lead covered roof alternative

Using the Dryseal H 4030 R decorative roll trim to achieve the look of a lead covered roof at much lower cost than lead, this roof was intricate to detail, but the finish looks great especially with the parapet encapsulation removing the need for a separate, costly coping.
